Back to Boston
March 2001
Gregg started working in Boston again in March 2001, lodging with Karen and Neil in Quincy
during the week and spending most weekends in Jacksonville. Claire and the girls came up
to the cold white north for a house-hunting trip, giving Emma her first real experience of snow.
We promptly put her to work clearing the driveway as thanks to Neil and Karen for their
hospitality.
We had a brief encounter with a raccoon lurking outside the back door; he semed aggrieved that
we had interrupted his rubbish rummaging activities, so we came to a mutual agreement to leave
each other alone.
Meanwhile, back in Jacksonville, Ol' Mister Possum was shuffling around the garden...
